I was poking around FFN's Charmed category recently, and turned up this gem, which I thought comm members here might enjoy as well:

November 16th by Pessimystic: Just as Chris was daring to think his birthday wasn't as cursed as he previously believed, he turned 23. Joy.

It's a well-written, plotty, imaginative story that encompasses both the unchanged and changed timelines. The plot itself is mostly gen, but Chris/Bianca is an element. It's a WIP, too -- 11 chapters to date. So there is of course the risk that the quality won't be sustained or the author will never finish it, yes, but so far it's fantastic!
